不要在外网，发表任何对国内政治不利的观点（建议）。非要发（自己发布，或投稿与大V），还请做到以下几点：不要泄露任何个人隐私；使用多方保护和隐藏个人隐私的工具：比如，匿名浏览器、IP防追踪的插件，代理等；不要相信任何一方，未经“多方求证”的信息；兼听则明。
- Do not post any opinions that are unfavorable to the domestic politics on the foreign internet (suggestions). If have to post (either by oneself or by submitting to a big V), please do the following: do not reveal any personal information; use multiple tools to protect and hide personal information: such as anonymous browsers, IP anti-tracking plugins, proxies, etc.; do not trust any party without “verifying from multiple sources”; listen to different opinions.
不要：卖弄和添油加醋；更不要：捏造与无事生非。实事求是，有什么、说什么；胆子要大，身正不怕影子斜。反而那些自己做尽亏心事，却不断选择捂ta人嘴的人，才是阴沟里最见不得光的臭虫！
